As a Realtor with eXp Realty, I am able to assist those clients that would like to list their property. I’m so excited to be able to add realtor services for our clients. Through JNT Property Solutions and eXp Realty, we can provide a broad base of real estate solutions for our clients and access to a national network of investors and realtors through our affiliation with Fortune Builders and eXp Realty.
Prior to my full-time focus on real estate investing 5 years ago, our family-owned and managed rentals for over 20 years while working full-time in government and building a business with Mary Kay Cosmetics. We began our full-time endeavor in real estate investing with tax liens and deeds while living in Denver, Colorado in 2017. Since that time our business has expanded to include residential rehabbing and passive rental investing.
I am a lifelong learner and love traveling, golf and learning new things. My husband and I had the privilege of living in the Republic of Georgia from August 2015 through February 2017 and working for the US Embassy in Tbilisi. It was a wonderful experience learning the Georgian culture; meeting many wonderful Georgian people; and traveling Europe.
