We recently had the privileged to purchase a rental that was in serious need of TLC and breathe new life into it. The home was build in the 1950’s and had been used as a rental for the last 20+ years. The tenants decided to move out and the landlord was ready to sell.
This is where we come in. The landlord did not have to invest money into fixing the property up to make it habitable and we were able to purchase the property in a matter of weeks. Making it a simple, win-win transaction.
Once we started the renovation we realized that we needed structural support added, insulation blown in, plumbing and electrical upgrade in addition to cosmetic changes. Our team made this property extremely functional, safe and beautiful for its new owners.
